​MJLA SOLUTIONS organized a one-day workshop on 9th October 2015 for founders, next generation owners and senior leaders and managers of large family-owned businesses to provide the participants with a 360° view of the critical challenges faced by large family-owned businesses, and equip them with perspective, insights and tools to solve these challenges.
 
The workshop was divided into four (4) sessions of ninety (90) minutes each: 

(a) Strategic Planning
(b) Leadership Challenges
(c) Business Performance
(d) Dispute Resolution.
